You are learning the basics of yoga that are the basic postures. Also, you get an insight into the different breath techniques. The single yoga postures are explained in detail and are worked out precisely.

The focus of this class lays in pleasant and curative asanas as well as in gently flowing movements. A deep and conscious breathing wakens energies and relaxes in equal measure. This yoga class is particularly suitable to all who want to build up more vitality, find a balance for a stressful workaday life and for people with back or joint problems.
Open classes are open to everyone. Here you experience the intensive POWER VINYASA YOGA. This means flowing exercises of both, simple and difficult postures, which are synchronised with breathing. This is the ideal class for all who want to exercise in a flowing movement.

Level 2 & 2-3
This advanced class is dedicated to experienced yogis who want to deepen their practises. Mainly, advanced postures are practised but also here props as well as modifications according to your individual needs are offered. Advanced yoga focuses on the attention to the inside of your body and mind – no matter how difficult the posture is. Hence, this class strongly lays focus on mental exercise through Pranayama and meditation.
In yin yoga we target the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing it’s natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for 3-5 minutes. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.
Moonlight yoga means to stay in a posture a bit longer than usual to give more dedication to single parts of your body (such as hips, shoulders, legs) and to give more time for relaxation.
It is an alternative to the more dynamic yoga classes.
This is a meeting for practising Acro Yoga together and for joy and fun to try new „flights“. The three traditional aspects, yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage form the basics for acro yoga. Trust, connectivity and creativity in between the partners will enfold.
After a warm-up, the participants practise by themselves. To have fun, to move and romp and finally to relax and do something good for yourself; this is what the jamming is about. Come along together with a friend or on your own in order to get to know new friends.
For all the yogis who love singing, the Vinya Loft offers a Kirtan. Taking place twice a month, everyone is welcome who likes singing mantras or who just likes listening to them.
We provide the music and everyone can simply join, also with an instrument. Pre-knowledge is not needed; the only thing you should bring with you is fun and pleasure for music.
