Yoga is one of the best things a woman can do for herself after have given birth to a child (from 6th or 8th week after birth). It stabilises the pelvic floor, strengthens the back muscles, it gives you a nice body feeling and balance. Yoga helps to face daily challenges with calmness and serenity. It is important to win space for oneself already in this first baby phase, to feel up to all the new tasks of motherhood.
Your baby will be with you inside the room and can already get in contact with other babies. Please bring a cloth as an underlay for your child with you!
You are welcome to start this class parallel to your back formation class!
If possible, please avoid coming with a pram since we do not have enough space for this.

Upgrade after invalidation: 5,- €/ stamp
